Services & Scope

Changing Skies Coaching, LLC provides health and wellness coaching services for educational and supportive purposes only.

Our services:

Are not medical, mental health, or therapeutic services
Do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice
Do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or healthcare services.

Virtual / Online Services Only

All coaching sessions and services are provided exclusively online or virtually via video, phone, or digital platforms.

You are responsible for:

Having a reliable internet connection
Ensuring a private and appropriate environment for sessions
Accessing and using the required technology

Changing Skies Coaching, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, connectivity problems, or interruptions beyond our control.

Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating in coaching services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You voluntarily choose to participate in coaching
You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and personal well-being

You understand that any actions you take as a result of coaching are done at your own discretion and risk.

You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Sessions must be used within six (6) months of purchase
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice
Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited

No refunds, credits, extensions, or transfers will be provided for unused or missed sessions.

Payment

Payment is required in full prior to receiving services. Prices, offerings, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All website content, coaching materials, programs, documents, and resources are the exclusive property of Changing Skies Coaching, LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle your information with care. While Changing Skies Coaching, LLC is not a medical provider or HIPAA-covered entity, we aim to maintain confidentiality consistent with coaching best practices.

Please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in digital or online communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Changing Skies Coaching, LLC as a solo practitioner, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in coaching services or use of this website.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Changing Skies Coaching, LLC from any claims, losses, or liabilities related to your use of services.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

These Terms are violated
Coaching is no longer appropriate
Boundaries are not respected

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
