Cancellation Policy

At Changing Skies Coaching, LLC we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and respectful coaching experience for everyone, please review our cancellation guidelines.

Scheduling & Cancellations

All coaching sessions are virtual/online.
You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made less than 24 hours before your session are considered late cancellations.

Missed Sessions

Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.
All coaching sessions must be used within six (6) months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period are forfeited.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds, credits, or extensions are not provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

Solo Practitioner Note

As a sole practitioner, Changing Skies Coaching, LLC provides services personally and individually. While we strive to accommodate unexpected situations, our policies are firm to maintain fairness and ensure availability for all clients.
