Purchases & Refunds

At Changing Skies Coaching, LLC all coaching services, sessions, and packages are final sale.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

All purchases are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances
Purchases are non-transferable

Use of Services

All coaching sessions, packages, and services must be used within six (6) months of the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and are forfeited without refund or credit.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value mutual respect for time and energy.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation
Late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit

No Guarantees & No Extensions

Coaching outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Extensions, credits, refunds, or exceptions are not provided for:

Missed or unused sessions
Late cancellations
Scheduling conflicts
Illness, emergencies, or changes in availability

Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and do not set a precedent for future situations.
